Alpha Dog Tactical on the 24th!

Hey its been over 1 year since my last post, but I'm trying to revive the blog. I still don't have a tactical ducki hat but I'm workin on it.

Anywho me and my buddy Steve are gonna be partaking in an accelerated carbine course this Saturday, Alpha Dog Tactical is the name of the training
school and I'm pretty excited.

Enough with this, Ducki lets see some guuuns. Well tough I only took a few pictures and I don't feel like hooking my phone up to the computer again. Maybe more pics later but I'm not the greatest photographer.

Left: Noveske 16" with Flat Dark Earth furniture. All black is so 2011.
-Muzzle Device: Battle Comp
-Optic: Burris MTAC 1-4 variable power scope. I was going to run this scope on my primary AR listed below, but I decided to go with the red dot.
-Daniel defense omega 9" rail
This gun is lighter due to the Noveske being a lightweight barrel, but it also has more muzzle rise and recoil due to the battle comp being more of a hybrid flash hider/brake. Slightly faster on target, but less control during rapid fire and controlled pairs/triplets/quads etc. This gun will be more useful in the vehicle course we're taking next month. (also alpha dog tactical)

Right: BCM 20"
-Muzzle Device: Surefire MB556
-Daniel Defense omega 12" rail.
-Optic(s): Aimpoint M4 w/ 3X magnifier, LaRue mounts on both. Red dots are generally the concensus for combat/defensive firearms due to the zero parallax, and unlimited eye relief. If we're not going to be shooting past 100 yards, I will not even use the magnifier and just do red dot.
-LRB Lower-nothing special here it was a father's day sale thing.
-Fail Zero Bolt Carrier Group, which I only like because its shiny. Ok that and it requires very little if any oil.
-RRA Entry stock, because my T-rex-short arms can't handle a standard A2/A1 stock.
This gun is a beast, and if you're not used to it can get pretty heavy. But, whenever you shoot it, there is no recoil, and very little muzzle rise. The blast is not as obnoxious as before when I was using my YHM brake, that shit CRAY. You can ask my friend Steven, but you'll have to speak up if you're talking to his right ear.

And of course what good would all this be if I didn't have a pistol. Now I'm not the greatest pistol shot, but at the distances that we're talking it should be enough. Gonna rock out with my Glock out. I use a Glock 34, which is the 5.32' barrel 9mm. Its like a standard Glock 17, but with an added inch, which as we all know makes all the difference.
